Dreamlanders commits to double-verify leads before sending them to realtors, ensuring all prospect information is accurate. Additionally, Dreamlanders will provide recorded conversations with prospects.
2. Service Radius Commitment:
Dreamlanders guarantees the delivery of leads within the realtor's servicing radius once the leads are verified and ready.
3. Lead Generation Dedication:
Dreamlanders will generate leads using its production methods with utmost attention and dedication. However, specific lead quantities cannot be guaranteed due to market fluctuations.
4. Setup Fee and Refund Policy:
Dreamlanders charges a one-time setup fee, inclusive of all applicable taxes, which is eligible for a refund upon successful closings by agents
5. Exclusivity and Commission:
If a realtor is already in contact with a lead subsequently referred by Dreamlanders, no commission fee will be charged, but the lead may be referred to another realtor.
6. Commission Structure:
Dreamlanders charges a 20% referral fee based on the gross commission from either the seller's side or buyer's side, depending on which was referred. If a prospect is both selling and buying properties simultaneously, a 20% commission is charged from both transactions.
7. Referral Agreement
Realtors are required to sign the referral agreement before receiving referrals, and the coverage period begins upon signing.
8. Lead Inclusivity:
Dreamlanders provides leads to agents regardless of the price point as lead generation incurs costs.
9. Refund Policy
No refunds will be issued one month after signing up if the realtor has not responded, signed the agreement, or communicated with Dreamlanders within that time.
Realtors:

Realtors must diligently work on all prospects referred to them by Dreamlanders.
2. Confidentiality:
Realtor information will be kept confidential and secure by Dreamlanders.
3. Changing Brokerages:
Realtors must inform Dreamlanders in advance if they plan to change brokerages.
4. Commission Payment:
Realtors are obligated to pay a 20% commission to Dreamlanders based on the gross commission, not the net commission.
5. Legal Transactions:
Realtors shall not engage in any illegal transactions with prospects.
6. Termination of Services:
Realtors understand that Dreamlanders can terminate services with or without notice if fraudulent activity is detected.
7. Policy Updates:
Realtors acknowledge that Dreamlanders has the authority to modify policies and terms. Realtors are obligated to comply with updated terms without explicit approval each time changes occur. Staying informed about policy updates is essential for compliance.
